1. Yoga is for everyone. Beginners, people of varying ages and levels of health and fitness, people with injuries or disabilities, pregnant women.... all are welcome!

  2. All yoga equipment is provided (feel free to bring your own mat or props if you would like to).

  3. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in. It is also encouraged that you bring extra layers to ensure you stay warm.

  4. Where possible, practice yoga on an empty stomach (try not to eat at least 2 hours before class). Practicing yoga after eating, often leads to a feeling of heaviness or sluggishness as the digestive system is busy processing your last meal!

  5. Advise your teacher if you have any injuries or health concerns prior to the start of class (including early pregnancy).

  6. As we share equipment during class, personal hygiene is important (particularly clean feet).

  7. Yoga is traditionally practiced with bare feet. Please remove your shoes and leave them on the shoe racks before entering the studio.

  8. Arrive at least a few minutes before class to ensure you have time to settle in (and to not disrupt other students once class has begun).

  9. Please ensure your mobile phone is turned off during class.
