As a student of yoga for more than 22 years, Claire delved deeper into her studies when she completed her formal yoga teacher training in 2007, under the tutelage of Kale Leaf at the Fremantle Yoga Centre.

Claire uses yoga as a tool to become more present, grounded and aware in her everyday life. Yoga helps her juggle all her roles, including being a full time mama to two little people. Claire practices in the Hatha and Iyengar yoga traditions, with an emphasis on mindfulness. She also has training and a  special interest in pre-natal yoga, yin and restorative yoga. Her classes are infused with a sense of mindfulness, providing students with time to explore and self reflect.
