As a student of yoga for more than 25 years, Claire delved deeper into her studies when she completed her formal yoga teacher training in 2007, under the tutelage of Kale Leaf at the Fremantle Yoga Centre.
For Claire, yoga is a pathway to greater presence, grounding and awareness in everyday life. Yoga supports her in balancing her many roles, including being a mum and studying Teaching at University. Claire practices in the Hatha and Iyengar yoga traditions, with an emphasis on mindfulness. She also has training and a special interest in pre-natal yoga, yin and restorative yoga. Her classes are infused with a sense of mindfulness, providing students with time to explore and self-reflect.
